Inspired but slow

My computer isn't working, therefor the lack of blogposts. Here is two older photos.
Working with Memoire no 1 in Lisbon. It takes ages..... to get finished, well finished and finished, it takes ages to get it in some kind of order. We learn so much on the way, plus constant interruptions, make us have to start over and over again.

Difference

We lived in Alfama, the orange trees were in bloom and smelled like it never smells in Sweden and the Fado singers didn't sound so very swedish either ;) (Recently Fado was added to the list of World Heritage). The breakfast bread... was not so swedish either, good to have something more substantial like a Pasteis De Nata to eat after.

Happy Easter!!

CPS (Centro Português de Serigrafia)

Finally meeting the people from CPS! They showed me the print workshop and I got to meet all the people that had been working on my prints, they've done a tremendously good job. We had a great and long lunch before it was time for signing. They made the screenprints for me and Ana, on fabric (maybe you remember, they were made for our exhibition in Bologna a year ago).

The two screenprints are based on these two paper collage/drawings - Mountain dress and Inside outside - I'll show them later I just have to take some decent photos of them first.

Good morning Lisbon!

It couldn't have started in a better way. We lived in an apartment in Alfama and it had a lovely view.
