I can always count on you to let us know when it's semla time. We who are not in Sweden lose track of these things. Now I must hunt up my recipes and give it another go. I'm a bit glad that they're hard to make.

I love this post! I think this is the essence of being an artist. You see what not everyone sees.
We, Portuguese, have exquisite pastry. But when I went to Stockholm, I taste Semla and like it a lot! Thank you for this memory Camilla! Enjoy your sun and you Semla.
