Yoga weekend



A weekend once a month during, the whole year, I'll go to a yoga class to get the practices that I will do each day for about 15 minutes, during a whole year! This is day 75 of 365. This weekend I spent three hours on both saturday and sunday practicing yoga with Mithila and my new monki friends. Afterwards I was filled with energy. So much energy that it surprised me. During a few hours I had done as much as I usually do during a whole week! I wonder if it would work the same way if I spent three hours exercising yoga every day. Imagine how much I would get done. I could go on vacation after six month ;-)

I know what you mean! I am doing yoga for not so long, but you can feel a change in yourself..something is shifting. Peace in the mind and energy in the body, isn't it great?!

I would like to do yoga...and sometimes to be one of our three dogs...sweet life they have,some kind of yoga life:)

Yoga = Union.
join your life to this and know.
make a smaller goal to practice with a guide once a week. From the time you save with clear productivity - you will easily have 30 minutes every day to practice on your own. And when you start a meditation practice...this will truly take You to the highest level. good job and keep at it - kindest wishes*

Oh Yesss! So happy you enjoy Yoga. Yes it does give a kick!! I get so hyper after that I can not meditate. My mind spins, so does the body :)
