I feel very inspired by your drawings and your lovely surroundings. Just a quick note, so now you know that someone in Brasil is watching your beautiful work.

Hi Camilla,

I love these new dishes-- and I was just wondering if there is any possibility of placing an order for a custom work? I have already purchased one of your prints of "Morran in the Woods" and I was just thinking this particular print would be beautiful, as a bowl!

Is this possible? Please let me know.

Thanks,

Juli

will you let us know when the work becomes available online?
i'm sure it will fly off the shelves.
I'm thinking a piece might be a wonderful birthday present to myself. :)

c,

so beautiful work...
I was wondering: is it a kind of "transference" from paper to plate through with some chemical or you just draw on it with special ink and then comes the cooking?
curious monday,
a.

hello camilla. just to say i found your blog via christiane engel's blog. i just want to say that i think your work is beautiful and i wish you all the best with the show. dx.

Thank you!

Juli, that will not be possible I'm afraid :) It doesn't work that way.

It is a transfer decal. The colour is screenprinted on the transfer paper by a professional printmaker. After burning again the colour is like an ordinary ceramic colour, stuck :)

Madame Ochre- she reminds me a little of Madame Defarge (Tale of Two Cities) I think I should be scared.
