American pancakes

I will give my self two weeks to consentrat on art projects, nothing special, just taking time for painting. I wanted the day to start in a different way than it usually does so I went out for breakfast. A stack of american pancakes and a lot of maple syrup. I couldn't resist to eat all of it and almost felt sick afterwards, eating to much. I once spent 5 weeks in USA and gained 5 kg/11 pounds, a lot thanks to all the pancakes I ate :)

Morran seemed more inspired than I did.

Maria has updated her shop for Christmas, she's found another one to make season-collaborations with - Lena. Our last project is still available.

Jum Nakao all made out of paper.

Incredible paper dress link! I can envision a wedding party all dressed in those gowns. Love the site, the way it shows the process--the white!

I didn't know pancakes were American. They make me feel like I am up on the ceiling flying... always, always get a belly ache if I eat.

A paper wedding would be nice.
Pancakes are not american but these pancakes are, they are thick, done with bakingsoda.

Wow Camilla, that is a big pile of pancakes. I'm not suprised Morran was the lively one after you'd eaten all those - all your inspiration would have fled to your tummy to digest them.
I love it when dogs go all squirmy with excitement like she is in the photos.
Those paper dresses are truly amazing - all that intricate work and then the models tear them apart at the end....

Mmm...American pancakes!
Have a nice time being creative and doing things differently, experimenting with the day's schedule always helps.

morran is adorable playing w/ her "friend"!

i can sympathize w/ the pancake story: i gained weight in italy from all the pasta and desserts and cheese and...and i couldn't button the pants/skirts/shorts i had planned to wear in the 2nd week of the trip!!

camilla, i'm sorry we made you fat, but that made me laugh so hard.

maybe the rest of the world wouldn't make fun of us for being plump if they knew how good our pancakes were. and our burgers. and our pizza and our barbeque and our ice cream... ;^)

I love these two photos of Morran! It looks like your rug gave birth to some feline spawn. A furry dervish of Morran and spawn/toy turning into rug and back again.
