Here is a little sneak peek on what I am working with right now. It is for a public commission in the north of Sweden, Skellefteå. It will be a wall full of portraits in a school auditorium for young kids. Walking with Morran and paint is almost the only things I got time for. I am exhausted but it is fun :)
No time to surf around much, but I found these two links over at
A Cup of Jo -
Senior Dog Portraits (aahhh...)and Helmut Smits

When I saw this I thought how different this style was from the recent paintings in your 2010 calendar. Then I read what you wrote. I am sure the children will be enchanted with these beautiful pictures just as I am and I love the way you've painting the frames :)
ReplyDeleteI've been reading your blog for a while and just wanted to say how much I love your work. The commission looks wonderful.
ReplyDeleteThis is fantastic -- the kids will love it! (And their parents and teachers, too!)
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend -- hope you and Morran get a chance to rest a bit -- will be thinking of you guys on Monday.
Hi, how is Moran doing? She's a beautifull girl. As we say in portuguese: As melhoras (Get well soon).
