History part 1

The first photo shows a young Anna - my mothers grandmother. In the second photo you can see Anna holding her daughter Karin in her arms - my grandmother. The next photo shows Anna, a little older, with her second husband Carl.
In the last photo Karin, my grandmother, is out walking with her first daughter - my mother.

Lovely photos - great you can trace back so many generations and know what your great grandmother looked like when she was young. And at the same time I find it very sad - as some of these people are no longer around us and I'm sure you would have liked to meet them.

I have met them all! I wasn't a grown up but still, I have a memory of each and one of them :-)

Family matters; last sunday we sat with my uncle and watched all kind of photos like these with his two daughters which we both saw again since 30!!years.

It's amazing, talking about things we all have,...family matters.
Too bad the painting is already sold...

Där i vagnen ligger alltså din mamma. Du är dotter till en dotter, fint att tänka på...

A beautiful collection of photos to see, and I like to look at photos of my relatives from long ago to see the passage of time.
