Still trying to find a way to approach Karins ceramic. Playing with them. The same face in different ceramic pieces, it looks like different persons. Maybe Bibbi's right, I should do something BIG on them.
I've been tagged a few times lately (Emma, Marie-Louise, Celia, Computerarte ...) I'm sorry, I'm not so good on that. I wish I were. I've been thinking about that, why can't I tell my favorite movie, favorite book, favorite food, favorite artist, favorite colour or five funny things about myself!? Don't I like to watch movies, read books and so on? I do. I've decided to think it is because I like it so much, I can't possible chose :) If you could ask me a question, what would you like to know?
Emily Barletta has a very nice blog. And so has Gennine. I wonder if I could get hold on a stamp carving block here in sweden, I've never seen one.
I've posted this link before, but it is such a treasure it is worth beeing here again - H.C Andersen Billedbog.

Måste bara säga... Läckert!
Supernice!
I can understand your dilemma with "having" to commit to something favourite since by chosing you are forced to neglect something equally worthy of your recognition. :) That said. What's the best thing about living in Göteborg or Sweden? :)
Gitta, I have to say that the best thing is also the worst. I like very much the different seasons. Although winter could be more wintery and summer could definately be longer. And the easy access to nature. We are few and have a lot of space :)
I have a question for you - at what age did you realize your interest in the arts?
Camilla, you can carve Staedtler Mars plastic erasers to make ink stamps.

I think they come in some pretty big sizes. It is so lovely to draw on them with a pen - so smooth and sensual! Just draw on your image and carve around it with an xacto knife.
Thank you, Green Key, I'll try that.
Elizabeth...when did I know...I've always liked to make pictures. I can remember drawings I did when I were 3-4 years old, I can remember doing them. I can also remember that I liked different colours, and not, from early years. I liked the blue crayon that was blue/green not the other one that was more blue/red. But I can't say I was interested in art :) Maybe when I become a teenager.
You can use cheap erasers instead! I can't find that block for stamps in Russia, but once I've ordered it from USA and when I got it I realized my cheap erasers were way better - they were cheap and I wasn't afraid to ruin them and they were more suitable for carving (the block was too soft). The only problem with them - their size.
Hej, tack för all inspiration! Jag har letat som en galning efter såna där gummiplattor, och det finns på in-ex gröna, lite tunnare som verkar funka hyfsat för motiv större än suddgummin.
Those are awesome! And I love your blog :)
Hihh... jag önskar jag hade några sådana larviga saker på bordet ^_^
:-) very original, I love !

Nice links...:)
Try a piece of eraser/rubber to carve in...It works good...Not that big though ;)
Hey Camilla. I too have been tagged several times recently and I've tried to list things about me, but I just can't do it on demand. It always seems forced. Thanks for the mention, your blog is always one of my favorites.
LOVE THEM!!!!!!!!
I can send you some art carving blocks. I have extras...:)
Dick Blick has great soft-cut stuff to make stamps with -- I use it all the time. It's like carving an eraser, but comes in bigger sheets. Let me know if you'd like some and I would be happy to send to you. I think that a little Moran stamp would be lovely.
I'm sure they will be great! Have fun!
those faces are so cute! I would love to have one of them hanging on my wall. Some good ideas ;)
JAA, det här är stort :)
Would love to have one of these. They are so full of fun and make me smile everytime I see them. Just want them! :)
