What I brought home from the forest


Nature, nature, nature - what can I say....
I found this link to Hong Kong based Dustin Shum’s work at the wrongdistance blog. I'm in love with this photo.

oh dear! i miss the swedish forest so much! the swiss forest has no mushrooms this year....

The oak leaf is covered with silk button spangle gall. This is the asexual generation of a tiny wasp. Your photograph is fantastic. I spend a great deal of time in the woods taking pictures, gathering materials and being inspired. http://www.benrevell.co.uk/natureweb/others/pages/others40.htm
