Thet taste about the same, but the wonderful thong with these are that their colour don't make most of your kitchen red if you're not careful ;-) They taste terrific, eg. just baked in the oven with Feta-cheese, but are a bit hard to get hold of. (Sorry that I reply in your place, Camilla, but I thought that my insights woukld be helpul. Koka betorna al dente, prova med sticka hur länge. Rosta nötterna i torr panna så de får färg, under tiden. Mosa även ihop fetaost, matyoghurt (och vitlök) i en skål. 2 cups (280 gr...Orange Blossom and Apricot Cookies<br /><br />2 cups (280 grams) all-purpose flour<br />1 tsp baking powder<br />1 cup/2 sticks (130 grams) butter, softened<br />1/3 cup (75 grams) granulated sugar<br />2 egg yolks<br />1/4 teaspoon salt<br />2 teaspoons vanilla<br />2 teaspoons orange blossom water<br />zest from one medium sized organic orange<br />1/3 cup (50 grams) apricot preserves<br /><br />Mix together flour, baking powder, and, salt. In another bowl, whip together the sugar and yolks. In another bowl, mix together butter, vanilla, orange blossom water. Add the butter mixture to the sugar mix. Add this mixture to the dry ingredient. Refrigerate for one hour. <br /><br />Preheat oven to 375 degrees f. Butter a cookie sheet.<br />Remove the dough from the fridge. Using a 1/2 tsp measure, scoop out the cookie dough and form cookie dough balls. Lightly flatten them. Lightly indent the top with a finger and place 1/4 teaspoon of preserves.<br /><br />Bake for 12 minutes, reversing sheets from top to bottom and back to front after first 6 minutes. The cookies should be barely colored on the sides, slightly darker on the edges.
