i cannot believe someone trashed this. great find camilla. now what to do with it?
han åt nog upp alla kakorna hemma - så nu tyckte de att det fick vara nog en gång för alla. Du har väl ställt kakorna och chokladen på högsta hyllan hemma?
Is that a knitted outfit this child wears?its adorable, and even more so to discover it in a dumpster.

I rescue old photos too- and put them on my blog sometimes. Something amazing has just happened- the great grandson of a lady in one of my rescued photos found me and I have returned the photo back to its family! You can see it here: http://janetclare.co.uk/blog/?p=349
Wow, this is amazing...
that's adorable, and also very powerful and moving. the kid also looks like the one on your drawing on top of the page.Maybe they are distant relatives? Love your blog,Lu X
How could this be?! Where is his family? I'm glad you found each other.
Oh how poignant! I love this post, and picture. I too have a collection of found black and white pictures - my favourite is of all the women in a French village gathered in the square. I'm inspired to blog it too.
A nice find and a noble rescue, Camilla. And some tasty links to peruse at leisure.g xo
