Thursday

Visiting Helena Roos in her studio. She has her two dogs Buster (under the table) and Elvis with her. Buster doesn't like Morran, Morran has showed him here white teeths one time to many.
Morran does anything for a piece of meatball :)

It's got cold here and we have like 2 millimeters of snow (=almost nothing). We are a little late but this weekend we will buy our Christmas tree and make it a little more Christmassy at home. I haven't bought a single gift yet... but books is always a safe/good choice. What to get to my husband is the hardest nut to crack. What did you buy (I will not tell :)

Another something, found through Ah-yi.
A wooden toy would make anyone happy.

T h a n k s

I was planning to write it... Janine was quicker, so I just stole her text and changed it so it fitted me :) Since the picture's all mine, this part of the book is my favorite.

Thanks to Amy Ng at Pikaland for participating in the Connections section of the book! We asked some bloggers and collaborators from around the world to write a bit about their appreciation for Camilla's work. Thanks also to Jan Halverson of Poppytalk, Victoria Smith of sfgirlbybay, Julia Rothman of Book by its Cover, Abigail Crompton of Third Drawer Down and Erin Loechner from Design for Mankind.

I want to add a thank you to all my Gothenburg (and Stockholm) friends-through-blogging that is participating in the book - Alexandra, Bibbi, Elisabeth, Karin and Sandra! Thank you :)

The book is here

Finally I've got my hands on the book about/with myself :). It is full of goodies, there's even a little booklet full of Morran's adventures. Janine has done a increadible job! I've just provided her with pictures, she's done the rest!. Thank you, Janine! I also want to take the opportunity to say thank you to Maria who's written a fantastic foreword! There will be a launch party today at Uppercase, I wish I could join.

It will eventually be available in my webshop.

The Suitcase Series Volume 1:
Camilla Engman

Glitter for my soul

Sun - a whole day of sun! It felt like the first day of winter because of the frost. When you get that happy because of the good weather you realize it has been raining many days. I wasn't the only one that felt happy :)

More old envelopes

Shelf has opened a web-shop! I'm thinking about buying one of these... and of course I would love to have a moustache man :)
