the day of San Pedro

The fishermen in Port Lligat were celebrating San Pedro day, they treated us grilled sardines with bread and aioli and a glas of rosé.

this post looks like it's coming out of a gourmet magazine. Beautiful! This must have been a really great event.

Your photos are beautiful, capturing so much more than a place - the "in between" moments most of us miss. I'm enjoying your holiday very much.

love the atmosphere of the photos. and particularly the shot of the rosé with apricot. beautiful. reminds me of my holiday in the south of france too. simple things really taste much better in the south with lots of sunshine, don't they...

Hi! I'm enjoying these vacation photos.
Have you ever read The Secret Life of Salvador Dali? I'm sure you know of his links to Cadaques and Port Lligat, but I so enjoyed all of the crazy stories he tells in The Secret Life of the time he spent in that area he loved so much. What a character he was, to say the least...
