Back from Stockholm/Karin

It's always so nice to meet Karin and a pleasure to spend time in her workshop/gallery/shop (and to meet Josephine, her "assistant"). It's a wonderful place. Even though the snow was laying on the ground outside it felt like spring with all the plants around the shop.
I find it very satisfying to make something in a new material that I'm not used to. I'm always happy about the result, you know like when you can't speak a language but learned a word or two.

Once again, a link to the amazing Sandra Backlund.

Wow it looks beautiful there! It must be so much fun to play together. I know what you mean about a new material the possibilities are endless and you have no idea were it will go, kind of like a new relationship before you know each others bad habits.

I love the studio shot, is it a studio? and the recycled newspaper seed containers are a great idea I have a pic of something similar in my new book.
