Same same but different

This is what they become. See them bigger >here and >here.

Here's a link to Jaq Chartier, some of the work remind me of the one in the book I got from Ana (about the picture tape, just follow this link).
You still have time to sign up for the mobile swap!

These are incredible! Really great...

May I ask you a question? I remember sometime back on your blog you had posted a link to a company that makes wall vinyls and stencils...I can't find that post now...do you remember which post it was?

Many thanks.. :-)

Lovely work as always, Camilla! :)

Nice (and surprising) to see Jaq Chartier mentioned! She lives near me and belongs to a printmaking group that I was associated with. She is a wonderful woman and does some incredible work!

yes, i love that link of Jac C--it added a lot to what you were saying. love to see her work up close... and the idea of impermanence is all we really live -->(earthlings)...dust and light...and brilliance! I like the dna quality, and the orderliness like she's encoding blood with wisdom in it. To show us the patterns...

On these figures--you make me want to ask tons of questions!! !!! !!!! !!!
Maybe Morran will tell me.

I don't know if I want to read it like a story board, from the first page with the fight (let me out)2> into dancers on a screen (loved that little chorded line and their luminosity)> and now, 3 and4... is it a continuation of relationship?

that slash of light (is it intended) ! i like it .

The maps are wonderful, the little red marker lines as hems... almost like boarders of blood/family. The three dots (earlier version) seem to be now three piles of snow "separating" and then the little girl brings the map on her dress and then later, the others have maps and she doesn't,,, my mind is trained to see too much ... to ask// (poor mind)

the figure "with let me out" before seems a radiant being now, and is turned to...

there is so much open quality (it seems a private myth) and the maps: it makes me ask, are they the makers of those maps; are they wearing the roads less traveled, or already laid out for them? Are these the roads of their inner routes to self? is that a world tree suggestive in the corner...

The yellow boots!! dear to me... kick butt goood!!will you sell them in your shop later?

i had a moment of confusion of scale. i thought the box (top photo) was a table and the pieces were laid on the floor and enormous! That would be nice!

Thanks for your comments!

Alex - I'm sorry but I can't remember.

Uncle Beefy - wow! internet makes the world so much smaller :)

Mansuetude - nothing is intended :) Who knows where they will end up... maybe in the "shop".

"NOTHING IS INTENDED"??? (do i believe this?) Here is a comment worthy of lots of years of talk!

On your note to me--i personally would NOT ask you (or anyone)where your artwork will "end Up" that is non of my buisness. I was making an point that I loVED those yellow boots on one character SO much that you could reproduce them--and sell them EVERYwhere/anywhere. They are so awesome!
