I think the stress drawing with the demanding dogs is great. I also like the sun and shadows in your white picture. I hope you will have a relaxing weekend

Poor Camilla, I understand you. I do suffer now of a post mother visit trauma!Hahahah!Sometimes mothers can be very...hard!Anyway. I wanted to thank you for writing me some suggestions for visiting Gotheborg. I've been there in August and I think it's a lovely place! So many beautiful areas! I prefered it to Stokholm. I could understand why your photos have such a beautiful light! The light in Sweden is so LIGHT! And the atmosphere is pure! You live in a beautiful country! And I sincerly have to thank you for making me discover it through your picture and your art!I wish you a nice weekend. Fran

oh dear, camilla. i am sorry to hear that you are experiencing post-mother-visit-trauma (at least the visit is over!). one cure is to take a long hot bath with some wonderful music and candles. your drawing says so much about feeling the need to curl up in a ball and ignore the biting at the toes from others. would love to see the drawing colored in.

Dear Camilla,
Traumatic mothers make great artists. My therapist is convinced that we would not have artists in the world if we did not have hurt children, so the world should thanks the "tantrum mothers" for their gift to the arts and the journey that we, artists, take on because of the mess they create in our life.
Yet, I live 20 000 km from my mother and it just feels about right ! … yes, I am a coward !
Take care of yourself Camille… you are such a talented artist.

about mothers… mine will come soon and I am sure that after her visit i will live that trauma post visits of mother.

thanks to share your world,
